On a daily basis we process trillions of data points, sent to us from partners from all over the world. Dutch data? Check! UK data? Check! US data? Check! We apply advanced algorithms to link devices on a granular level. This means that we sift through hundreds of billions of lines every day, and extract the most accurate matches.

We are looking for an experienced customer success manager to work closely with our Chief Strategy Officer to act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for current customers. The Customer Success Manager must identify both opportunities and challenges from the way the customer engages with our service and take appropriate action to help resolve any challenges. Furthermore, he/she must foster expansion of the customer’s reliance on Screen6’s services to extend the relationship.

The Customer Success team at Screen6 is a cross-functional role and will interact across all departments of the organization and overall report into the Chief Strategy Officer with feedback to be used in improving the current product offering, aid in the development of new products, inspire marketing initiatives and product positioning, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure each customer integration is consistent with Screen6’s business strategy. There will be targets associated with retained business directly attributed to your efforts.
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer priorities and critical needs to ensure retention.
  • Maintain account oversight, while facilitating involvement of domain product and service experts.
  • Own account relationships and drive overall customer satisfaction for assigned accounts.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technology and products in order to be an effective strategic advisor to customers
  • Understand level of adoption of Screen6’s technology and products, and assess customer risks.
  • Forecast revenue, articulate account status, update management and marketing on competitor intelligence.
  • Identify areas for strategic growth across Screen6’s product lines and develop a business case for these new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders internally as well as externally at client and prospective companies.
  • Collaborate with our product and technology teams to develop new and innovative product initiatives which meet the feature requests of current and prospective clients.
  • Create programs that maintain high awareness of Screen6’s value proposition within our strategic partners.
  • Visit client offices on a regular basis to ensure communication between technology and business/partnership teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • 3 years professional experience, 2-3 years in the advertising/marketing industry a plus
  • Strong understanding of the online advertising landscape and value chain
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful partnerships with demonstrated ability to initiate and grow strategic relationships.
  • Ability to evangelize the value of new technology platforms
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with C-level stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create and formulate a partnership vision, strategy, and execution plan.
  • Experience developing compelling business cases based on evaluating quantitative and qualitative market and customer data.

We are looking for an experienced business development manager to work closely with our CEO to identify and generate new business opportunities with DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, attribution platforms, ad servers, and other platforms within the U.S. market. A key element of a successful hire in this area of our business is the ability to collaborate with our growing teams in Amsterdam and New York to explore and drive new product innovations.

Responsibilities

  • Research, contract, negotiate, and close new partnerships. Ensure each deal is consistent with Screen6’s business strategy. There will be targets associated with new business directly attributed to your efforts.
  • Identify areas for strategic growth across Screen6’s product lines and develop a business case for these new opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with leaders internally as well as with industry and professional networks to facilitate business development initiatives.
  • Collaborate with our product and technology teams to develop new and innovative product plans that support relevant partner networks.
  • Create programs that maintain high awareness of Screen6’s value proposition within our strategic partners.

Qualifications

We are looking for a data analyst, who will be responsible for the analysis, statistics and monitoring of our data sets. When clients have questions about the data, you’ll be giving them answers. If there is an issue with the quality of the data or our algorithms, you’ll investigate.

Who are you?

  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, math or engineering or proof of equal skill level.
  • Ready to work in a startup environment. Self manageable.

We are looking for an engineer, who will be responsible for building a realtime distributed system that allows for ingesting and requesting massive amounts of data. You will also be responsible for automating and optimising our data processing pipelines.

Using Machine Learning to predict device usage

We are a cool Dutch startup founded by two experienced ad-tech entrepreneurs. Our focus? Helping advertising technology vendors to understand what (connected) devices belong to the same person.

On a daily basis we process many TB’s of log level data, sent to us from partners from all over the world. Dutch data? Check! UK data? Check! US data? Check! Currently we apply a mix of statistical analysis and pattern matching to this data to find matches on a granular level. This means that we sift through hundreds of billions of lines every day, and extract the most accurate matches.

And at that moment our heads began to spin.

Besides massive amounts of data, we have quite a sizeable truth set available. This set of confirmed cross-device matches can be your holy grail.

Within Screen6 we are therefore looking for a AI / ML guru who’s willing to sift through these vast amounts of data, and create a new ML algorithm that will find match patterns by itself while getting an ever increasing level of accuracy.

Low latency, high availability systems

On a daily basis we process many TBs of data, sent to us from partners from all over the world. We apply advanced algorithms to predict which devices in that data are owned by the same person. This means that we sift through hundreds of billions of lines every day, extracting the most accurate matches.

We are looking for a backend engineer, who will be responsible for creating real-time APIs, some with super low latency requirements, settings up fast distributed value lookups and implementing data security.

Who are you?

  • 2 years of (relevant) experience.
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in computer science, math or engineering (or proof of equal skill level).
  • Ready to work in a startup environment. Self manageable.

Skills

  • Expert in coding languages like Go, Node.js.
  • Experience with High Availability architectures.
  • Experience with Distributed NoSQL databases (Redis Cluster, BigTable, etc…).
